Volunteers are needed for Summer Camp bag assembly and distribution. Tags with camper’s and camp names are printed and laminated for each camp bag. Volunteers take the name tag and size description sheet to select swimsuits and flip flops out of inventory. The selected suit, flip-flops, and water bottle are then placed into a drawstring bag containing the towel and the laminated tag is attached with a plastic tie wrap. The bags are packed into a box to be delivered to the camp. Because all the camps have different start dates, arrangements are made with the camp coordinator for delivery or pick up. Age-appropriate books are selected and also delivered for the children to choose from.

Program Timeline: Various assembly days are scheduled between May and July

Time Commitment: 2-4 hours are shceduled on each assembly day.
